Mi chiamo Stefanie e quest'anno ho organizzato con Andrea un concerto a Saarwellingen ( Germania) e vorrei raccontarvi la mia esperienza personale: potrete rendervi conto di come sia facile avere il pianista in concerto da voi!

L'idea di organizzare il concerto è nata subito dopo aver fondato il fanclub e Andrea si è mostrato subito entusiasta di venire in Germania a suonare per i membri del suo fanclub. A lui sarebbe andato bene suonare anche solo per poche persone, però noi volevamo dargli l'opportunità di presentare la sua musica ad un pubblico più ampio. Allora ho cominciato a cercare un luogo adatto. Il comune di Saarwellingen è conosciuto per i suoi eventi culturali, presentando spesso eventi jazz ma anche dei concerti di musica classica o cabaret, eccetera... Allora ho chiamato la persona responsabile del centro culturale, la Sig.ra Cornelia Rohe. Mi ha fatto sapere che il luogo “Kulturtreff Altes Rathaus” sarebbe stato a nostra disposizione, con incluso inoltre un bel pianoforte Yamaha mezza coda Yamaha. Così Andrea e i suoi amici hanno potuto portare solo il resto del loro equipaggiamento. Il centro culturale ha messo un annuncio del concerto nel suo calendario ufficiale e ha pure fatto pubblicità nei giornali regionali.

Anche noi abbiamo fatto pubblicità, invitando i nostri amici e parenti e stampando dei flyer per poterli condividere in giro. Così alcuni dei nostri amici sono venuti al concerto in compagnia dei loro amici, per un pubblico molto numeroso.

Certamente esistono dei luoghi simili anche nella vostra regione (pub, edifici pubblici, chiese, ma anche case private), che ospitano tali eventi: bastano un paio di telefonate per trovare un luogo e per confermare la data! Dovete solo chiedere che tipo di equipaggiamento è disponibile (pianoforte, amplificatori, speakers ecc). E non dimenticate di chiedere se il luogo è a disposizione gratuitamente o se si deve pagare un affitto (chiedendo eventualmente al pubblico un biglietto d'ingresso). Ma tenete conto che la presenza di un piano non è obbligatoria: se necessario Andrea può utilizzare il suo pianoforte digitale!

Quindi non abbiate paura ad entrare in contatto con Andrea! Magari anche voi presto potrete godere una serata così magica come quella che noi abbiamo avuto a Saarwellingen!

I'm Stefanie and this year I organized with Andrea a concert in Saarwellingen ( Germany ) and I wanted to tell you my personal experiences, so that you can see that it is not too difficult.

The idea that Andrea will come to Germany to give a concert for the members of his fanclub was quickly born after we founded the fanclub. But we wanted to give him the chance to present his music to a wider audience. So I started to search for a suitable location. A municipality at our region is known for its cultural events, mostly they present jazz events, but at times also classical concerts or cabarets and so on. So I was calling the culture centrale of the municipality Saarwellingen. The responsible person of the culture centrale. Mrs. Cornelia Rohe, told me that they would provide us the concert hall for free and that a nice Pianoforte belongs to the concert hall. So Andrea and his friends just had to bring the rest of their equipment. The culture centrale put an announcement about the concert on their offical even schedule and made publicity in the regional newspapers.

Still we made also publicity ourselves by inviting our friends and relatives and by printing flyers and sharing them with friends. So some of our friends came to the concert in company of their friends.

Certainly at your region exist also locations (pubs, public buildings, churches), which host such events like concerts? All it takes are a few calls to find a location and to confirm the date. You only have to ask what kind of equipment is available (piano, amplifiers, speakers , etc.) and if you can use the location for free or if you have to pay a rental and to ask the visitors for entrance fee. But note that the presence of a piano is not a requirement, if necessary Andrea could use his digital pianoforte!

So do not be scared, get in touch with Andrea! Maybe then you can soon also enjoy such a magical evening like the one that we had at Saarwellingen.

Ich bin Stefanie und dieses Jahr habe ich zusammen mit Andrea ein Konzert in Saarwellingen (Deutschland) organisiert und ich möchte euch hier von meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen berichten, damit ihr seht, dass es gar nicht so schwierig ist.

Kurz nach der Gründung des Fanclubs wurde die Idee geboren, dass Andrea nach Deutschland kommt, um ein Konzert für die Mitglieder zu geben. Wir wollten ihm aber die Möglichkeit bieten, vor einem größeren Publikum zu spielen. So habe ich mich auf die Suche nach einer geeigneten Räumlichkeit gemacht und wurde schnell fündig. Eine Gemeinde in unserer Region ist bekannt für ihre kulturellen Veranstaltungen, überwiegend stehen Jazzveranstaltungen auf ihrem Programm, aber auch ab und zu klassische Konzerte oder Kabarettveranstaltungen u.ä.. Nach einem Anruf in die Kulturzentrale der Gemeinde Saarwellingen wusste ich dann, dass sie uns einen kleinen Konzertsaal gratis zur Verfügung stellen würden, zusätzlich wurde die Ankündigung für das Konzert in den offiziellen Veranstaltungskalender aufgenommen. An dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Cornelia Rohe von der Kulturzentrale. Ein sehr guter Flügel war dort bereits vorhanden, sodass Andrea und seine Freunde nur noch das restliche Equipment mitbringen mussten.

Wir haben uns nicht nur auf die Werbung im offiziellen Veranstaltungskalender verlassen, sondern zusätzlich im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis Werbung gemacht und selbst gestaltete Flyer verteilt.

In eurer Region gibt es sicherlich auch Lokale, öffentliche Gebäude oder Kirchen, in denen regelmäßig Konzerte stattfinden? Manchmal genügt schon ein einziger Anruf um eine Räumlichkeit zu finden und dann noch ein weiterer Anruf, um den Termin nach Absprache mit Andrea zu bestätigen. Ihr müsst lediglich erfragen, ob ein Flügel und weiteres Equipment (Verstärker, Boxen usw.) vorhanden sind und unter welchen Bedingungen man die Räumlichkeit nutzen kann (Miete? Eintrittsgelder?). Das Vorhandensein eines Flügels ist aber keine Bedingung, im Bedarfsfall würde Andrea sein digitales Piano mitbringen können!

Also habt Mut und setzt euch mit Andrea in Kontakt. Vielleicht könnt ihr dann bald auch so einen zauberhaften Abend erleben, wie wir ihn hatten.
